At Ora Sole, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges through AfterShip, our easy and secure returns portal.

How to Return an Item

• Returns must be initiated through Aftership. Link to returns page: https://eaxrceg0.aftership.com 

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 
  

• Items that were purchased at a final sale price are not eligible for a refund unless faulty or incorrectly sent. 

Timeframe for Returns

• Returns can be made within 21 days of placing your order.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

• Detailed instructions for return shipping will be provided through AfterShip once your account is active.
