We want you to love every ORA SOLE piece. If it is not quite right, we offer a simple and seamless return and exchange process, so you can shop with confidence.
How To Return
Returns must be initiated through Aftership, our secure returns portal.
To begin a return, please submit your request via our returns portal: eaxrceg0.aftership.com
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please ensure the correct return details and shipping label are used when sending your item back, as we are not responsible for items returned incorrectly or outside of our returns system.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- Free from makeup, marks, or damage
Items purchased on final sale price are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty.
Important Information
Please ensure your return meets all eligibility requirements before sending it back. ORA SOLE reserves the right to decline returns that:
- Do not meet our return conditions
- Show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Are returned outside of the specified timeframe
If a return is not accepted, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be proceeded to your original payment method.
Please note, returns are for an available store credit or refund. Direct exchanges are not possible at this stage.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
