In these Terms, references to "Ora Sole" include Ora Sole Pty Ltd, its proprietors from time to time, assignees, successors, and related entities.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

02Use Of The Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • use the Website in a manner that is unlawful or fraudulent;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Website or its functionality; and
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at our discretion.

03Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. ORA SOLE reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, imagery and pricing are accurate, however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

Collections may be released in limited quantities. We do not guarantee availability for any product, and items may sell out. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

04Purchases & Payment

By placing an order through the Website, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information.

You acknowledge that:

  • you are responsible for ensuring all details provided are correct, including delivery address and contact details; and
  • ORA SOLE is not liable for any loss, delay, or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • payment is not authorised;
  • pricing or product errors occur; or
  • fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

05Pre-Orders

From time to time, ORA SOLE may offer products for pre-order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • estimated delivery timeframes are indicative only and subject to change;
  • delays may occur due to production, shipping, or external factors beyond our control; and
  • full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

ORA SOLE will use reasonable endeavours to fulfil pre-orders within the stated timeframe but does not guarantee delivery dates.

06Gift Cards

ORA SOLE offers digital gift cards issued by Ora Sole Pty Ltd.

By purchasing, accepting, or activating a gift card, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • the gift card constitutes a valid form of payment once activated;
  • gift cards are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue; and
  • gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

ORA SOLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.

07Cancellations

ORA SOLE reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraudulent activity;
  • errors in pricing or product description; and
  • product unavailability.

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be provided where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, ORA SOLE is not liable for any loss, expense or inconvenience suffered as a result of a cancellation.

08Fraud & Security

ORA SOLE takes all reasonable steps to protect against fraudulent transactions, including credit card fraud. If we reasonably suspect that an order is fraudulent, unauthorised or otherwise suspicious we may contact you to request further information or verification.

If you do not provide the requested information within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.

ORA SOLE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or flag any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorised, or illegal activity is suspected.

09Promotions, Discount Codes & Sales

From time to time, ORA SOLE may offer promotions, flash sales or discount codes.

(a) Promotional Items & Returns

Items purchased during a promotion (including flash sales) may be subject to promotion-specific return conditions, which may override the standard Returns Policy.

(b) Discount Codes

ORA SOLE may offer promotional discount codes via the Website, homepage banners, email communications (EDMs) and social media.

To redeem a discount, the code must be entered at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • only one (1) promotional code may be used per transaction;
  • discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
  • discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards; and
  • discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

If a discount code is expired or invalid, ORA SOLE reserves the right not to honour it.

ORA SOLE reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

10.3 Intellectual Property and Designs

All designs, including garments, prints, and creative concepts, remain the intellectual property of ORA SOLE.

12Mobile Terms Of Use

If you access the Website via a mobile device, you agree that:

  • you are responsible for all such charges incurred.

ORA SOLE is not responsible for any costs associated with mobile access.
