You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We ship all domestic orders with Australia Post.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International services.
Standard International: estimated 5–10 business days upon dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and do not include customs clearance or postal transit delays.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges.

Due to current import requirements, duties and taxes may need to be prepaid before parcels clear US customs. Please check local requirements or contact us before placing an order if you have questions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout (Standard International, Express International). All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow time for your tracking number to update after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
ORA SOLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by customs clearance.
Address Changes & Errors
If your shipping address is entered incorrectly or requires change after dispatch, contact us immediately.
If unable to be rerouted, a return to sender or additional shipping cost may apply.
