01Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, AfterPay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

All payments are processed securely at checkout. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase, including for pre-order items.

02Payment Issues

If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be confirmed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment provider issues. If you experience difficulties, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider directly.

03Duplicate Orders

If you believe you have placed a duplicate order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@orasole.com.au.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.

04Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure all details are correct, as we are unable to guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

ORA SOLE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

05Order Cancellations

We are unable to guarantee order cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. ORA SOLE reserves the right to cancel any order, including where:

  • An item is unavailable;
  • There is an error in pricing or product information; and
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

06Pricing & Errors

We take care to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate. However, errors may occur.

ORA SOLE reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel or amend orders where necessary.

07Pre-Orders

Selected styles may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Dispatch timeframes are estimates only;
  • Delays may occur due to production or shipping factors; and
  • Your order will be fulfilled once stock becomes available.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together unless otherwise specified.

08Sales & Promotions

From time to time, ORA SOLE may offer promotions, discount codes, or limited-time offers.

  • Only one promotional code may be used per transaction;
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively;
  • Promotions are not valid in conjunction with other offers unless stated; and
  • Promotions are not applicable to previous orders.

Items purchased during promotional periods or marked as sale may be subject to specific return conditions as outlined in our Returns Policy.

09Fraud & Security

To protect our customers, we may conduct verification checks on certain orders.

ORA SOLE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorised.
